I saw Nurse Claire (Clare?) on Saturday morning to check whether or not I had broken anything following a fall. The waiting time was short and she was so very pleasant and professional that I felt I had to respond to the questionnaire. She cleaned and dressed the cuts and grazes, arranged for an X ray and made me a consultant's appointment for 9a.m. the following Monday. Nobody could expect better service than that and she was lovely with it!
